INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice
1.5 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil
2 fresh garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh-ground black pepper
4 cups rice
6 cups water
3/4 cup olive oil
1 whole fresh garlic head
1 1/2 tbsp salt
2 tsp fresh-ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Prep ingredients
• grate or finely chop garlic
2) Heat oil & garlic until brown & fragrant
3) Add all ingredients, bringing them to a boil
4) Drop to a low simmer
5) Cover tightly
6) When rice is nearly fully cooked, add 1 tsp of oil (if needed) and fold in J-formation
7) Remove from heat when dry but sticky
8) Cover, adding more salt & pepper to taste
9) Enjoy!
