Corn Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups sweet corn
2 large avocados
1 roma tomato
1 red onion
4 scallions
1 stalk of cilantro
1/2 poblano pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 white onion
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
Instructions
1) Roughly chop all ingredients
2) Mix in a bowl and slowly add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste
3) Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving
4) Enjoy!!!
